Supplies
- Fabric – green
- Felt – Black
- Hot Glue
- Minecraft Chair Cover template PDF
- Fabric Scissors
- Scrap cardboard
Cut your green fabric into a 20 x 32” rectangle. Iron flat, if needed. Fold the rectangle to form a 20 x 16” shape with the fold at the top.
Apply hot glue on the left and right edges starting at the top for 11” down, shown here in red. Leave the last 5” at the bottom unglued. This will allow your fabric to fit over your chair and allow for the joints to be covered.
Flip your fabric inside out.
Cut out the black eyes and mouth of the creeper character using black felt.
Insert a scrap piece of cardboard inside the pocket you created. Adhere these shapes onto the center of the fabric.
Once set, your DIY Minecraft chair covers are complete!
Slip over your basic aluminum chair to camouflage it and get it in the party spirit.
Repeat these steps to create a chair cover over each seat.
See this easy and affordable craft can help transform your Minecraft Party space for an awesome birthday party!
