Find wig mannequins in the jewelry department of your local crafts store. If you’re lucky enough to find one made of black foam, grab it, making this project even faster.

Supplies:

STEP ONE: Paint mannequin head black and allow to dry.

TIP: You must use a water-based paint on Styrofoam. Spray paint would make things faster, but the components would melt the foam.
