I made a purchase at end of December when there was promo offer for free shipping no matter total of order (with $ amount threshold to get promo). One the items I wanted wasn't in stock but I still placed an order. Then, 2 weeks later, the item that I had wanted was back in stock. I called to ask for shipping charge to be waived b/c I had tried to order product on day of free shipping promo when no stock avail. The customer service manager would not make exception and I had to pay $8 shipping on my order. Bummer, i was surprised they would not accomodate my request. My order did arrive timely but apparently company is not customer friendly.
