Minnie Mouse Personalized Stickers (Sheet Of 12)
Order arrived.. half the lollipops were broken and the stickers were missing.
I can't really review the product since I NEVER rec'd it, but I can review the company. My advice to everyone...DON'T, ABSOLUTELY DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on 3/12/17, rec'd an e-mail on 3/14 saying a label was created. On the website it said my order would be delivered on 3/20...didn't happen. I contacted the company numerous times, & never heard from the upper mgmnt people. Rec'd an e-mail saying I would have to wait until 4/4/17 before my pkg could be reshipped because they were processing a 'lost pkg claim' BUT, what no one would listen to is that UPS never picked up the pkg...it was in their warehouse somewhere...only a label was generated by them...no p/u by UPS. I sent another e-mail, with, yet again, no response. On 4/3 I called & spoke to a Supv. who said the pkg would be reshipped on 4/4 & I would receive it by 4/7. Not 1/2 hr after I spoke to him, I rec'd an e-mail stating they could not reship the pkg because my money had been refunded. WHAT????? In all the Many, many calls I made to this company, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON SAID MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED! I checked my credit card & sure enough, on 3/17/17 only a partial refund was made. I called back immediately, asking why would a refund be made 3 days after the label was created, and why only a partial pymt...I rec'd NO merchandise. The Cust Serv Rep wrote everything down...asked the upper mgmt. to contact me IMMEDIATELY. Surprise, surprise....no call...no e-mail, no nothing. I call the next day & ask to ck if there were any updates, and I was told the bal of what I pd was refunded to me @ 9:30 AM. NO OTHER EXPLANATION...NO APOLOGY FROM UPPER MGMT....NO NOTHING. I did receive the refund...BUT THAT WAS IT! I told the last girl I spoke to that I was not going to stop @ a bad review on the website...I am going to Social Media & the BBB! This has been one of THE worst experiences with a company I have ever had. I order online all the time, and might have had a glitch now & again, but NOTHING like this! I hope upper mgmnt reads these reviews that people take the time to write and think about all the bad & not so good reviews, not just the good ones! I would like to say that, at least, most of the Cust. Serv. Reps I spoke to were understanding, but one I would like to point out the most was a young girl named Rene', who I spoke to on 4/3, so if upper mgmnt is reading this, she should get a raise for not only calming me down, but taking the time to listen, write everything down & took all the time needed to look everything up. She is the perfect Cust. Serv. Rep. Not the person who says 'I'm sorry' & wants to get you off the phone as quickly as they can
They are so perfect for my invitacion. So pretty I recommend. For favors. Or invitations these are well made !
